  • Look for pregnancy groups/ antenatal classes or other places where you will make friends with other pregnant women.
  • Remain physically active, try taking long walks or swimming
  • Be kind to yourself and take extra time doing things you enjoy

  • Rest when you need to and take naps
  • Ask family or friends for practical help such as cooking, shopping and childcare
  • Eat a balanced healthy diet
